This 2 Day Course will take you deep into the profound possibilities of meditation practice. We will explore Meditation Practice πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ Neuroscience 🧬 & Philosophy πŸ€” as a system for developing, Self Awareness, Acceptance, Healing and Personal Growth.

The course is designed to be accessible for all levels - for those new to meditation looking to experience deeper self awareness & peace & for seasoned meditators seeking to learn more about the framework and possibility of meditation practice - πŸ’‘ & for anyone else interested in the journey of meditation looking to connect to a traditional & time-tested system of Self Realisation πŸ’š

This is Yogic Philosophy & Meditation Practice with PURPOSE. Participants will be introduced to a series of simple practices including; Breathwork 🌬 Mindfulness ☺️ Yoga Nidra 😴 that can be utilised as a system for understanding our limiting beliefs πŸ™ˆ and creating a framework for profound change... πŸš€

We will explore the perennial Law of Karma - from a pragmatic and constructive viewpoint we will learn not only to understand what our karma is, but most importantly how we can CHANGE it.

We will also take a deep dive into the practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) & importantly the technique of Sankalpa (a resolve made in Yoga Nidra ) This practice is what many yogis call their β€˜superpower’ 🦸🏼 enabling them to use overwrite limiting beliefs and patterns of consciousness πŸŒ€ - setting aside behaviours that don’t serve πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ and guiding us toward a new level of consciousness in an profound & sustainable way.

Audio recordings 🎧 and notes will be provided to all participants so they might continue to practice at home. 🀩

The course is available live in the Bamboo Yoga shala in Byron Bay (with limited spaces), as well as online via Zoom.

The workshop will be facilitated by Mark Purser, an experienced yoga & meditation teacher trained in the Satyananda Yoga tradition who a has a long experience and deep passion for yoga nidra.

Mark is the founder of the Bamboo Yoga School and is a clinical meditation teacher at The Health Lodge in Byron Bay. He has studied yoga & meditation widely for over 20 years, & has over 2000 hour of formal training including a Diploma of Yogic Studies through the Satyananda Yoga Academy / Bihar School of Yoga & is a registered teacher with Meditation Australia & Yoga Australia.
