Beginners Yoga Course

5 weeks beginners Yoga starting Saturday 3rd February 3pm - 4.45pm cost is $135

At the Bamboo Yoga School we have designed the introduction to yoga course that we wish we had done ourselves.

This 5 week course covers all of the fundamentals of a yoga practice, giving you a solid foundation that will enable you to walk into any general yoga class with confidence and safety.

Classes sizes are kept small to ensure that you get the personalised attention that you need.

By the end of the course you will have the skills to participate safely and with confidence in any general community class.

•  Have increased strength and flexibility through practice of various asana including standing postures, forward bends, backward bends, twists and balances

Understand the four aspects of a yoga class, postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation

• Know the modified Sun Salutation series

• Have the confidence and skills to take your practice to the next level

The Beginners Yoga Course includes a One Month Unlimited Class Pass which commences after the 3rd session of the course.
