Many yogis attribute this practice as their 'breakthrough practice' with meditation - through regular engagement with this profound technique we are able to sink deep and fast into profound states of conscious awareness.
Yoga Nidra has a strong scientific evidence base supporting it's use in therapeutical environments, where it has been demonstrated as a successful tool in relieving symptoms of anxiety, insomnia and PTSD.

This 2 hour workshop will explore the history and application of yoga nidra, participants will be introduced to the technique and given further understanding of it's scope and possibilities. Audio recordings and notes will be provided to all participants so they might continue to practice at home.
The workshop will be facilitated by Mark Purser, an experienced yoga & meditation teacher trained in the Satyananda tradition who a has a long experience and deep passion for yoga nidra.
