A dynamic experiential journey of sound and movement incorporating the 5 elements or Tattwas : Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.
You will experience each element in its power and strength in your own body. Learn fun new ways to harness and balance these natural forces for a more healthy life.
We will use our voices and breath to the sounds of the didgeridoo, drums, sticks, rattles, chimes and crystal bowls.
Mantra: learn to use sound to make change physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
Pranayama: Learn how to breathe more completely, change your physical and emotional states and harness your prana or life force for a better life.
The workshop concludes with a live sound healing relaxation/meditation to integrate what you have learned.
This 5 week meditation course is designed to teach you the principles of meditation, mindfulness and relaxation.

Meditation Fundamentals has a special emphasis on practices and techniques which help to alleviate the symptoms of stress, tension and improve the quality of your sleep.
You will be trained is a number of methods from the tradition of yogic meditation - which includes mindfulness, mantra and yoga nidra. Students will be given recordings of guided practices and theoretical information so they can continue to practice at home.
